Just a little rub on your feet before bed will insure a restful nights sleep. We use tallow as the base to not only support a healthy body, but bring moisture to the feet and other body parts as well. Magnesium is crucial for supporting the body in so many ways. It’s known to reduce stress, calm anxiety, soothe muscle cramps, ease tension, and also improves sleep quality.
